Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at the Oshakati Pharmacy online shop. We appreciate your continued support. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. Oshakati Pharmacy accepts and ships physical product orders only to customers within Namibia for now. Products ordered on the Oshakati Pharmacy online shop may be delivered on the same day to customers in the towns Oshakati and Ongwediva. For customers in other towns in the rest of Namibia, delivery will be done on the next day via a registered courier service.

Returns

You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it. Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, please contact Customer Support for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 5 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to Oshakati Pharmacy order center within 5 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. All returns communications should be done via the email shop@oshpharm.com, and no other correspondence will be accepted.

Refunds

To initiate a refund or return you must notify us by email and then send us your items. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment used to purchase the item).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

How to request a refund

Within 7 days of receipt of your product:

  1. Contact Customer Support to notify us by email, make arrangements for a return and then receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Ship the unopened product to Oshakati Pharmacy:

  3. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment used to purchase the item).
  5. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  6. A refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of the product at Oshakati Pharmacy. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we do not permit the return of, or offer refunds for the following products:

  1. Medicines or medicinal products
  2. Products sold on discounts or promotions
  3. Products that were acquired for free, as part of your purchase.
  4. Shipping or delivery costs, both to you or for the return of the product to us.
  5. Products purchased by the customer at our branches other than our online shop.
